Returns and refunds
Not happy with something? Here is how returns work:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging
- Once we receive and check the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
